In current market condition, there is little chance that PBT will be able to raise capital for the plant. Hopefully Russia & Ukraine will short out their new border issue within next few months. If not Equity Meltdown is on the way. Europe & China is critical for market, at the moment Europe & China both are on shaky ground.
