Why would you invest in this with a short term view? Any insurance play now is to get in at a beaten down price and benefit long term with the gradual recovery (higher interest rates and bond yields).
Buying at these levels imo will see strong capital growth and strong dividend yields after 2023 (or whatever the recovery timeline is)
