2. the mill's performance - throughput, crushing, recovery, how the tanks worked, leaching timeframes. i.e. is it a viable plant. is it working as expected

You wont know that till three mths after first pour. Possibly more significant than first pour actually.

I owned another gold miner through development and the quarterly which said that the plant had reached nameplate capacity and recovery probably had more effect on the sp than first pour. We all know that will happen soon.
