Hi abdm,
The issue I find interesting is wether Field of Use patents were issued for ETP and DP technologies or only for FIM technologies as mentioned in the annual report.


Field of Use patents only appeared in our reports since the development of the FIM technologies which were ordered by a client, as you probably remember.

What client did order this technology?
The same who uses our other technologies?

Exclusivity of a teeth whitening patch for instance in the Oral Health sector would necessitate a Field of Use patent to allow other companies to develop such patches, or any such patch using the same technology.
Such distinction of a widening of patents regarding our
ETP and DP technologies was never made....which does not mean that it doesnt exist.
