My point was that there has already been a significant share price fall so that news is already overbaked into the share price.

The profit drop you cited is also not that bad and not much of a drop in earnings, which backs up my point above. Wotif has 25% of the market according to ETrade so it is a competitive force.

The magnitude of the share price drop is completely out of proportion to the news. Are you hoping to pick some up cheap?
