    Delays are almost always bad news.

    Further a lack of explanation from the company about this makes this a near certainty.

    Little girl with straight A's on the report card rushes home and wants to talk about it....whereas the little girl with straight F's, or even straight C's when A's were expected, drags her feet.... and does not want to talk about it.
