"Delays are bad news" holds true 90% of the time and is a fairly easy thing for you all to check the truth of.

However that leaves 10% of the time where delays are something they could not tell you about for some reason and in fact the delay is good news.

In the long term however if you assume that 'this time' its the 10% of good news delays you are going to be wrong 90% of the time.

GGP giving no updates - is a very bad thing regardless - I would want them removed as operator for this reason alone for all future endeavours. Its not good enough.
