Many lessons can be learned from the past although what is important now is how well Admedus is going to go in the future. Wayne has proved over a 30 year career, launching 30+ products, being President at various stages of Merck's divisions across Europe, Japan and Emerging Markets that he's the real deal, he's also proved it at Admedus with a performance nothing short of absolutely remarkable that he can get the job done, and looking into the future I have great confidence he's going to lead this company to be the world's supreme regenerative tissue surgical company.
It's going to be something truly special.
