I wouldn't expect Iraq so soon. I was working in a hospital there in 2014. Health system is a mess, with central funds not being passed down to the hospitals to pay bills (corruption?). Equipment was just piling up outside. There was one family run business that imported medical products and drugs from Jordan to Iraq which was very well connected with the Ministry of Health. I would expect it would be likely that Jordan would be first and Iraq second, but not 2018. Maybe Genpharm has another way in, not sure. The system is improving, but things move very slowly there. So I'd wouldn't have great expectations.
