So there is an RFT addendum that answers my question. First pumps will begin to be supplied within 10 months of award, and also prices are to be valid for 24 months. Basically we probably will not install pumps until 2019, hence they should not be included in the AGM slide.
Still hope they know about this as it closes in 2 days! If we win the share price should respond anyway, cash flows are locked in so have a NPV which will not require risk adjustment.
