I understand some people have a higher salary because of expertise that they provide others could see this as a life style to be envious of, not bad work if you can get it in these depressed times of where there is actually not a great deal of employment to be had and the mining boom is not going well oil prices are at rock bottom I guess the average person would just say who sets the wage or salary levels of all Empire Oils employees as far as I know its not the Share Holders.
