If my figures are correct it would be my opinion that the 31st August then becomes irrelevant as to releasing price sensitive information, as i can't see the sp being over 97 cents. Please tell me if I am wrong.

Sorry Allyoops but if the share price rose above 50 cents in the very near term then I am sure this would be on the back of a significant rise in volume thus skewing your calculated vwap.
