domestic gas reservation in wa versus the east coast lack of gas reservation is interesting. The wa gas reservation was a state level decision, looks to have been made around 2006 prior to the projects commenced. So basically this should have sorted on the east coast way back before the lng plants got built in gladstone, and it could have been done at a state level.
