It's a fair comment, but reacting like that to something you admit you don't fully grasp is not the trademark of great investors. I say this nicely, and sometimes feel is good, but feel limited on partial information, as you do in a share market, is often misleading.
This is why charts give a strong sense of a collective pricing using parts of partial information.
I know a tiny bit... about MC and never smoked. What does that tell you? A new generation of investors is coming. And one that is experienced, here for the potential for profit and through a analysis of various exit scenarios. Don't jump out of the train too early IMO.
This market is about to be enormous, will there be space for all? Would you think nobody, if they reach critical scale, would buy smaller companies? There are many ways to realise your investment, one of them only is CPH being a leader. And for reasons you and I ignore they may or may not be that company or one of those companies.
Today, it was decided this is a good announcement, yet not a game changer for some of the factors you've outlined. I however don't think it's a reason to jump ship whatever your entry price is.
