10m sounds like a lot, but when you consider the earnings potential from being a producer/grower over a long period of time this transaction will be like play money in the end. Most of the equity used for the transaction is in shares so it's also in Mernova's best interest in getting the license approval and start producing asap. Like Mark is saying this is a long term play to reach big gains in the future if the company can pull it off. Potential of the Canadian MC and recreational cannabis market is just starting to warm up and will be a positive example to the rest of the world. Bring on the Skunk No.1 Creso.
