Remember egalitarian Australia? Gone - in just 10 years. Thanks to a government sponsored Ponzi scheme (both sides).

Now we have a real estate class based country. The lords and masters got there based on good old fashioned hard work: real estate agents, property developers and negatively geared investors subsidised by income earners taxes.

So the lower classes must either accept their lot in life - wasting their life's productive earning capacity on keeping negatively geared investors in caviar and champagne, or they move overseas. Either way this country loses out big time.

With what passes for public policy in this country we are going to be seriously screwed when the resources start to run out.
