Yes I guess it could be manipulation.

Something I have found in other tech I have invested in, there is always a little/lot of uncertainty around 'Patent pending'. It is not always 100% that the process will be 'novel' etc & get patents in key countries.

The Phonon cooling process is a 'known' process & has been used elsewhere, electronics mostly as far as I know. However, IMO, migrating it to clothing as a 0.42mm layer, that sounds like it would involve several 'novel' steps that would be patentable.

I guess we will have to wait & see on that front. In the mean time, AJX is sure going to get first mover advantage with Eclipsys. Often with a new product, there is a slowish start until early adopters - read body armor - get on board, then there is a 'preference product' for the broader market, sales/use increase & critical mass arrives - the big bang

I would imagine we/AJX will be a totally different story this time next year & I plan to still be here.
