I use technical and fundamental analysis so they have to align before I get bullish. We have a potential set up now with "confirmation" at 8cps necessary for me to actually accept these technicals as viable. It is a good set up and the fundamental shift is absolutely "in" as of the past few months. I like all the signals I am seeing in the chart at present. I am enjoying all the posts and would not be at all surprised if current negative market sentiment is being used to shake the tree here.
