I believe the best way to validate your investments is by being a customer.... SO, I went online and compared options for a regional rental later this year. cost wise, DMC was 1/3 the cost of rentals, so big tick. The CX is pretty good, but my key gripes are:

- T&Cs exclude potential renters for anyone with a speeding fine in last 12 months. whilst this isn't me, this is an issue IMO and needs to be resolved with their insurer.
- they need an option to reduce your excess to zero, peace of mind is key.
- 24 hours on and I'm still waiting for confirmation from the vendor as to the finalisation of the request, not ideal.
