To the experts of ACL (you know who you are as you have posted so many things I would not have known).

Would you comment on this? Is this a close enough figure or am I way off?

Folfire 4.9 months PFS
5000 cycles administered to date
Say Folfiri has 35% median PFS (based on a phase III trial I found)
207 * 35% = 73 patients * 11 cycles = 803 cycles (35% figure used was from the phase III trial PFS)

I assumed only these remaining patient numbers as I cannot find a detailed report.
207 * 65% = 134 patients
34 patients @ 8 (median PFS cycle) = 272 cycles
34 patients @ 6 = 272
33 patients @ 4 = 132
33 patients @ 2 = 66
= 1545 cycles

Leaving 3455 cycles for HA-I
