expert panel report on ucg due in march 2012

    My notes indicate that the QLD government should release the independent expert panel report on UCG in March 2012. Does anyone know if that date has changed?

    It will be interesting to see what happens to Chinchilla if UCG gets the go ahead from the QLD government.
