yes, eagle, that's right & that's why the ets is probably doomed, too damaging for the global economy.
i'm not saying our economy is strong i'm saying it's the strongest in the developed world i.e. the others are deeper in the poo than us & therefore can't be expected to do more than us (though some may but doubtful?).
