Maybe he's driving down Lacanau way, later to drive down to the sea-side at Monaco en route networking, consulting with international global financiers on luxury yachts .... who knows....

Is that an open sports car? White leather seats? I'd hazard a guess there are no pot-holed, dusty roads or land mines in those immediate surrounds at least.
