Speaking of fishing, I remember a story about a guy who smashed up a limpet or oyster off the rocks, used it to catch a small fish, then went on to use the little fish to catch a whopper.....

I suppose $12M (or was it $14M?) is a small price to pay for $1 Bill plus of funding.... need lots of due diligence, which, as we know, is big dollars..... but you get that on the big jobs.....
