I'm pretty happy with this appointment.

We knew off shore oil was gone through Pensador - but Sonangol STILL haven't awarded the Kwanza leases, and this appointment says oil is NOT dead.

There has been no decision on the refinery announced yet, and still onshore oil as a possibility..........

I would be keen to see something showing progress about to happen with the minerals - confirmation that we DO in fact have legal title (CdeB we believe 80%?) and can start moving on it.

No, CVI is not dead - but does have some definite credibility problems to overcome..........
Let's hope they address them.
