123enen;
Did you get a reply from the non-executive directors ?
CVI seems to be making some wholesale changes in personnel. I dont think MS days are numbered and imo he will see through his contract.
The smartest of them all was George Hunt Smith who sold all his shares near the peak and soon retired.
CVI has left a lot of bitter people, some will say that these people did not do enough research, and they may be right to soem extent, but, you also expect to be given direct answers that are not misleading when doing your own research.
I am involved in 1 speccie at the moment that has funding issues. When i ring or email the company the answers leave me in no uncertain terms, good or bad. Leaving me to make an informed decision free of emotion.
MS played on the hopes and dreams of investors and the real state of affairs of the company have never been known, either legally or financially. This is what has caused so much resentment.
You live and learn i guess, i notice now more than ever that lots of announcements and glossy updates rarely equates to a triving enterpise.
Successful junior miners spend more time on the ground than they do in offices !
I hope for some here that can get some real detail out of MS and CVI before the EGM or AGM about real issues such as legal titles and financials and actually get the company to set achievable goals going forward. Go through the alphabet list and pin them down as to who, what, where, when and why.
