    I'm thinking out loud... and quickly Googled Canzar to refresh my mind......

    "ASX listed CityView Corporation Limited granted exclusive option to acquire 100% of Canzar, the holders of rights to 41% of three diamond concessions in Angola. CityView converted its right to acquire 100% of Canzar into a 10% net profits interest of Canzar's percentage share of the Luachisse and Nhefo alluvial diamond concessions - CityView June Quarter 2008."
