Spot on man, exactly what I think now. I do not like/hate the dilution but....
Unfortunately there is not better deal at this stage. This way the project will get up and running pretty quick, I'd not be surprised if we are in production by end 2017. No you have to ask your self if the SP will be worth more in year or two then it is now. When in production and if they look for new projects then it could be really interesting.
