So now we have it. The Independant Expert concluded the deal is not fair but it is reasonable to minority s/h's. I don't mind CFE's 32% stake for all the good reasons previously mentioned. The interesting thing to come out of this is that it appears TGF are still actively seeking further aquisitions/investment and if the right deal comes along they will make a move. Interesting times ahead for TGF/COV.
