A short two minute news clip from the ABC showing shots of carbon markets being traded and explaining how it isn't doing anything to address climate change. Apparently the EU carbon trading market has crashed three times in seven years and is prone to corruption.
Sounds very dodgy to me and shouldn't we be sitting up to take notice of what is going on with countries who have gone this way before us?
