Ok, so I just had a quick squiz at your latest presentation, and I failed to mention above that you do hold the ace in all of this which is the port access.

So Ilwella just like us is your largest holder along with Sibelco.

MLM have $4m in cash, we have $37.5.

MLM have proven up 49M tonne, we have proven up 402M tonne.

MLM have 999M shares, DRX have 3.7B shares.

MLM have the port access.

We have 2 non binding MOU's for take off's

Look obviously because you guys have the port access, I as a DRX holder want us to merge as I believe we are stronger together and can become a producer much quicker. It seems the government wants us both to succeed. With us you get a guaranteed extended life of mine and a lot of cash and we get the port.

I'm not sure what there isn't too like?

It is so hard for an explorer to become a producer, and we can do it together!

In the background, I dare say our 2 largest holders will be making the calls, and I have sneaky suspicion that they are most likely behind the takeover bid. Lets just bloody get it done so we can all benefit!!!!!
