    Can't say I'm surprised this didn't go through.

    Can say I'm disappointed with how the BoD have handled these dealings, given the weeks that have gone by and no updates from the BoD. Oh well, at least we get a $100K free kick from it... pay a few wages for a week or so!

    Surprised it was announced as a non price sensitive announcement.
