On this matter I have to disagree.
There is nothing more to add than what is out there in the public domain. I don't think A2M should release something for the sake of saying nothing new.
Better to release an announcement with some real substance.
Look at the piddling volumes.... no one is really worried they haven't put an announcement out.
Just be patient.
