I would agree with you if it was an issue of their control or making. However, it is a sovereign Government's change in policy/ tax arrangements and the company has previously said they are well-placed to deal with changes to the tax arrangements for this one channel to the Chinese market.
On this occasion it's best to let management deal with items they can control. This is not a big impact on our target sales numbers when all is said and done.
