As per recentNZX/ASX releases made by the Company, the infant formula regulatory environment in China continues to evolve, however, the Company considers itself well placed to respond to changes in regulation in conjunction with its manufacturing partner.

A summary of the China regulatory issues under review can be found on page 22 of the First NZ Capital & Credit Suisse Dairy Day 2016 Presentation released to market on Wednesday 6 April 2016. It can be accessed from the company's investor Centre.

The Company will continue to monitor regulatory changes, whilst ensuring it complies with its continuous disclosure obligations.
