Yes, you are pretty much right with your analysis, except that computerizing the admin and back end is not as easy as it sounds and I suspect that it has already been done as much as it can be.
I agree with a takeover and a new start . But, I am not sure if current shareholders will see a decent benefit from it. Possibly shares in PMV are more attractive if you think Lew will come in and make some money out of it.
