@ChippyDude you seem like a decent guy mate. Just watch out with this one, it may be the classic 'trying to catch a falling knife". I have been hearing a bit of chatter and in my circle, Myer is being classified as 'avoid at all costs'. Not trying to scare you but I don't think the smart money sees much value here.
You seem very convicted in your pro Myer stance which is fine to have, as everyone is entitled to an opinion on a stock. I may be jumping to conclusions but you seem to be matured investor with a certain shopping style (seeing the item in the store). One most not ignore that the average consumer is becoming more and more tech savvy and the retail environment is undergoing HUGE disruptions.
