You're forgetting about Sol, if you think he's going to let 100m just go out the window you have totally underestimated him. There's money to be made here at the right prices, there's money to be made in retail if you know what you are doing....
I remember the myer days when if you held a certain number of stocks you had a share holder discount, some douche bag C level decided that that didn't add value for myer share holders... I tell you what it did, it inspired loyalty, gave you a customer base that was willing to come in and spend money and gave customers the privilege of pulling out the shareholder discount card. I would bring it back. You'll lift the share price and get people coming back into Myer.
I worked in retail for 10 years, even I could get myer back on track better than these jokers could (current management) and I could do it part time 20 hours a week.
