What happens when the banks stop lending, and because of stricter obligation rules that govern the lending market in Australia, there's no one to fill the space. WIll those who only own to resell, try to get out of the market and cause a rush on this over priced housing market.
Could that happen in Australia, could be catastrophic for the fundamental market. But could this create trouble for the housing market in general?
