I am new to this company and could someone explain the business model? They have - for example - a fund that operates macadamia nut farms. Is the business model to provide property owners with management services, and the property owners pay them an operating reimbursement or participate in profit share if operations are profitable?
What are we - as ASX investors - buying with our investment? How much is capital ownership of land and rural assets, and how much is an investment in operating / land management services?
Does anyone know if there is an investment similar to this that specializes only in macadamia nut farms? I'm looking for a way to invest in macadamias without having to buy real orchards and put up with the management hassle of that.
