It means a meeting with creditors must be convened around that date, the outcome of which will be crucial for progress towards any possible restructure. I am not expecting any premature announcements until deals are done. We have already received the expected platitudes of intention for restructure by the administrators. Some reporting of production and sales by LHM would be useful to fill the gap.
