No idea what's going on. There was not an immediate effect on the SP following the announcement with the price bouncing around 1.20s then a plummet. Tempted to top up but there could be more pain as the people who bought in early take there bag of profit. As there was an announcement, IMO it will be OK to wait a week or two before topping up then waiting for the long waited break though announcement.
