    1. I would assume it would be a market rate which would be around $2,000 USD per Tonne On page 10 of the presentation it has $1890 (http://www.firstgraphite.com.au/attachments/article/142/20160721-Noosa-Mining-Presentation.pdf)

    2 & 3. MRL will pay Imagine a commission on sales of MRL’s Certified Graphene and other graphite products which carry Imagine’s Certification Mark. (MRL is now FGR, IMO FGR are processing and selling under its name which means it carries there certification mark)
