    The Imagine is an agent to sell FGR's graphene and graphite.

    But what I meant was the graphite producer (the third party) in Sri Lanka, where FGR sourced its graphite for its graphene production.

    What's the arrangement between FGR and this third party producer as part of the dual strategy is "s adopted a dual strategy of acquiring and marketing third party graphite". Will the third party pay for the FGR's marketing, or will FGR pay more for its urgent needs?
