agree about the remuneration, have said it before, but remember Craig is being paid as a consultantGuess given how much of their own money and time they put in to start it up and they have held so much of the register allowing this type of thing to come about. Is your mate running the business in an on-site managerial type role of 'running', or is he a major shareholder/seat on the board 'running' said company? You might be surprised to see other ********* with directors on fat gravy trains.
