    But don't you think it was too coincident that they announced so called "dual strategy" right after the announcement of delay of the mining operation? A lot here interpreted that 20t was temporary. If it is so, why the announcement of "dual strategy". When a company announces sth "strategy", it is the business model it intends to do.
