    The latest news I read coming from Affero was that they did not need the amount of CAPEX expected because they won't be footing the CAPEX bill for 33% of the rail and port. Affero had been told by the Cameroon Government that it was to have guaranteed 3rd party access to the infrastructure, but not actually participate in the initial construction.
