actually the general theory is that the share price should experience a surge before the closing date of the share purchase plan.

this "fake" temporary price level, gets all those entitled to participate fully in the plan.. after the plan is closed, the price will tank.... but hopefully not too long if the fundamentals are strong.

I for one will participate fully - $15K, unless of course its cheaper for me to buy on the market than through the plan.
