    Hi iceman,

    SP will only surge during this period if the SP is being massaged up in a manipulative attempt to get entitled parties to participate.

    This is then counteracted by entitled shareholders selling existing holdings above the SPP participation price to enjoy the arbitrage gains.

    Obviously in this case TFC aren't massaging hard enough!!
