explanation for soft share price

Hello All Readers,

Appendix 3B Announcement on 19/06/2007, with details of a New Issue on the 29/06/2007 for Shares and Warrants which were on Escrow of 16,383,333 Shares and 8,191, 667 Warrants = an increase in the THR Share Base of approx. 14.07%.
THR were Approx. 38 Cents on the 28/06/2007 and have declined to 33 Cents since and in % Terms this is a decline of approx. 13.15%.
This all makes Sense, and therefore the Share Price Decline is Not because of any inside information.
We have to be Patient, not waste the Directors Time with 'Phone Calls and Trust the best Deal is now been worked upon.
It looks like the last update was a warning, Not to Sell THR and give them some Time, because the Directors knew how the Share Price would Soften after the Release of these THR Shares from Escrow.
